The building is a medium-density, mixed-use commercial center that is elegant, cost-effective and pedestrian friendly. In addition to leasable commercial spaces, the development includes a parking deck and garage that can accommodate 156 cars, a comfortable lobby and an intimate exterior plaza. Vanman’s goal was to build a commercial center that was sensitive to the adjacent residential development while providing a focus for downtown Golden Valley.
