Embarrass Vermillion Federal Credit Union was situated in a small site in downtown Tower, Minnesota. Due to the cramped site and the necessity of a drive-up teller, Vanman designed a layout that welcomed the pedestrian public through a warm wooden pillar entrance and allowed ease of access for vehicular traffic. The layout is so efficient that only two tellers need be on staff. Though the site is small, the building feels large due to careful placement of soffits and attention to every square inch of the site providing the school and its students with plenty of room to grow.
