1. Listen

Whether or not you have a master plan, we believe it’s vital to listen to the input, desires and needs of your entire team. This creates a sense of community and ownership of the project that makes the experience more enjoyable and pushes us all to do the best job possible.

2. Evaluate

Once all of the information has been gathered, we’ll work hand-in-hand to prioritize your site, facility, schedule and financial needs, while integrating our cost evaluations as we go. Once this step is complete, you’ll be presented with a written summary of all present and future needs for both the site and building.

3. Design

After we’ve identified and prioritized your unique needs, our architects will start conceptualizing several master plan options for you to review. Once a final concept is agreed upon, we’ll present it to your team and listen to any comments or opinions you may have.
