This 35,500 square foot facility includes 13,700 square feet warehouse space, 13,600 square feet of service space and 8,200 square feet of corporate offices for Morrell Companies, a major local provider of specialty trucking services. To create a cost-effective, durable and visually-pleasing exterior, Vanman used pre-cast concrete wall panels, in combination with brick veneer and stucco.
