Replacing the existing, outdated gymnasium with a new larger and multi-functional athletic facility, the space was designed for state-of-the-art athletic equipment and also large group gatherings. This project included 12,500 square feet of gymnasium, 3,500 square feet of locker room space and 14,000 square feet of dining/food preparation, administration, lobby and storage space. The exterior walls are a custom manufactured, cost effective, precast concrete panel that match the existing limestone building perfectly. A separate building project added two dormitories, each 11,000 square feet for gender separation. Each dorm contains ten innovative suites, which provide sleeping, bathroom, kitchen and living facilities tailored especially to student life.
